Intake for February 22
Breakfast: None
Lunch:
Greek salad, no cheese: 78 cals
1/2 small Mushroom Barley Soup: 45 cals
Dinner:
Salad w/ 1/2 avocado and FF dressing: 117 cals
Pasta w/ marinara sauce: 400 cals (I think it was probably less, but I really shouldn’t have eaten this anyway…so I’m gonna assume it’s more)
Total: 640 calories
That was my goal for today so I’m happy. Tomorrow...

Anonymous asked: if you would just be consistent instead of swapping diets every week you would lose more weight. stop trying to do all of the fad diets and eat healthy and exercise, you might just reach your goals.

20 pounds in a little over a month…been there, done that…now I just need to do it for the final stretch!!
